Half-stack pallets are placed into the depalletizer frame using a forklift or pallet jack. Once inside the frame, the operator will cut and remove the shrink wrap, exposing the top layer of bottles. An operator interface will allow the user to start the process, and the pallet will be raised to the correct level so that the base of the top layer is level with the feed table. A motorized pusher bar will engage and push bottles out onto the feed table, starting and stopping as bottles are needed. Bottles will transfer out onto the feed table, and from there be fed onto the right-angle conveyor. The table, conveyor and pusher belt turn on and off automatically based on a downstream photoeye indicating the need for bottles. If the line is full the system waits until bottles are needed and then restarts.
PLC controlled, parameters are set via HMI on a touchscreen. The machine is equipped with counting and display functions. The transmission system structure is simple, operates stably and is fitted with a shutdown device when there are no bottles. The machine activates automatically when bottles are detected.
The machine consist of hopper, vibrating chamber, coupler and motor. There are eccentric wheel, rubber software, main shaft and shaft-bearing in the vibration chamber. The adjustable eccentric hammer is driven to the center line through the motor, cause centrifugal force under the state of unbalance and so that the materials form regular eddy.
The Machine consists of screen box at material inlet and outlet, vibrator and shock absorber. There are 4-6 sets of flexible rubber shock absorber connected between base and screen box in up-down order. Centrifugal force is generated upon starting the machine.
