The equipment manufacturer is entitled to place its advertisement on the WerEva Portal, including articles, information, photos and other content. By publishing it, the Equipment Manufacturer gives us the right to use its content for advertising, as well as, including, but not limited to, storing, displaying, reproducing and disseminating information about the Equipment Manufacturer.
The Equipment Manufacturer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information specified by him when registering at the WerEva Portal.
Access to the WerEva Portal and its contents is free for all, however Equipment Manufacturers have the opportunity to take advantage of the additional services offered by the WerEva Portal to promote and advertise their products.
3. Safety
The WerEva portal takes care of user safety. Despite the fact that we are working to ensure the security of your content and account, we cannot completely exclude unauthorized interference by third parties, and therefore we ask you to reliably store your data in order to enter your account. Please notify us immediately in case of hacking your account or its unauthorized use.
4. Confidentiality
The Equipment Manufacturer hereby agrees that the processing of his personal data in order to comply with these Terms is carried out by the WerEva Portal through their collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarifying (updating, amending), use, distribution (including transfer), depersonalization, blocking and destruction in various forms. The WerEva portal guarantees the Equipment Manufacturer taking all necessary measures to ensure confidentiality of personal data transmitted to them.
5. Termination
The WerEva portal has the right to cancel or suspend access to https://www.wereva.net/ or its use for any reason by sending you a corresponding notification, or, if there are sufficient grounds, without notification.
6. Disclaimer
The WerEva portal provides all information on “as is” basis, that is, without any warranty, in connection with which any claims and demands by the Users and / or third parties are rejected.
The WerEva Portal is not responsible for the temporary lack of access by the User to software and / or hardware that ensures the functioning of the WerEva Portal, as well as the User’s associated losses.

The WerEva portal is not responsible for the information provided by the Equipment Manufacturer, for the financial relationship between the User and the Equipment Manufacturer, does not accept pre-trial correspondence, other complaints and objections regarding the work of the Equipment Manufacturer.
7. Arbitration
All disputes or disagreements arising between the Parties in connection with these Terms are resolved through negotiations.
If it is impossible to resolve disagreements through negotiations, any dispute, disagreement or claim in connection with this Contract or its violation, termination or invalidity will be finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the International CCI in Paris (France), the language of the arbitration shall be English, the number of arbitrators is 3 (Three), the place of arbitration shall be Paris (France).
8. Conclusion
All Parties are notified of the termination or amendment of these Terms by publishing relevant information on the website https://www.wereva.net/. The WerEva portal has the right to unilaterally implement such amendments. The conditions are considered amended and / or canceled from the moment specified in the corresponding notice on the website.
These Terms come into force from the moment of their publication.
