Supports various kinds Windows True Type typeface, multi-language (including Chinese) and is used for printing date, time, warranty, classes, batch number, complex pattern and bar codes, such as EAN8, EAN13, Code39, Code128, ITF, RSS. Applicable label size is 30 – 250 mm. To operate the machine needs compressed air supply with a pressure of 0.5 - 0.7 MPa
Provide a custom system that reads a bar code on a stack of scratch and win lottery tickets as they come of the press. Perform a data base look up and print and apply a top sheet card (either flat or folded) and apply it to the proper stack, verify that the information on the tickets matches the printed information on the top sheet. Design, build and install a complete turnkey read/print and verify system. The system reads the bar code on the stack of tickets, tracks the stack as it travels along the parent system. At the proper time signals the feeder to dispense the top sheet into an alignment section and print the information retrieved from the customer’s data base. Fold the top sheet if required and dispense the sheet onto the proper stack of lottery tickets. Verify that the printed information matches the bar code on the tickets and transfer to a shrink wrapper. The system is capable of speeds up to 200 ppm.
Automate in-feed with shrinkwrap system and replace 5 operators with 1 hopper loader. Automate product in-feed with shrinkwrap system and reduce labor force from 5 operators to 1. Provide B855 batch counters with inline jogging systems, capable of high speed feeding, counting and dropping on shrinkwrap in-feed, a variety of printed media.
Automatic process to take the huge labour costs out of the cost equation. System must be modular and scalable. Provide turnkey line that feeds the master cardbox carrier, collates printed media such as retail signs and posters, readies the pack for distribution to the retail stores and outlets.
Design/build a turnkey system for book fulfillment with no human involvement from cheque binder to mail stream. Build all within a 4500 square foot (400sq/metres) existing facility. Provided a totally automated line from binder in-feed, tracking each security document and other printed media through the system into either an envelope package or into a shrinkwrapped carton package. Incorporate a custom pick-to-light system for volume. Printed media, image each package uniquely for each client. Provide complete audit trail and line performance software on an ongoing basis.
Design/build and install a complete turnkey large format poster collation and tipping system. A C750 feeds the large (up to 36”x40”) backer card in the dual lugged conveyor, glue is applied across the backer card and the poster is tipped on using a VC200 vacuum feeder. The tipped on posters have glue applied to the outside edges and the matte frame is tipped on using another C750 feeder. The finished prints are then labelled and ready for sale.
Automate current hand labour process introducing automatic loading, feeding and unique ID on each piece. Fulfill, secure label and overwrap to complete the processing. Incorporate key OEM partners and provide turnkey responsibility for the line. Selectively collate the books (exams), image each piece, stack, label and overwrap the stack of exams. Provide audit trail for each piece and package.
Design/build a custom system that collates the security documents into the conveyor section, verifies the authenticity of each piece, audits each document and presents to the custom envelope for insertion and exit of the line. Provide batch counters for the different denominations and a single feeder for slip sheets to feed, batch count and package the stamps or currency to prepare them for the shrinkwrapping process. The package must be perfectly square upon entrance and exit of the shrink wrapper or high speed envelope inserter.

Aurora inkjet systems, employing UV curable inks in combination with an LED curing lamp, are perfect for imaging onto the widest variety of substrates including glossy paper, CR80 plastic cards, poly-wrap and even metal, all at high speeds. At the heart of all Aurora print systems, a BK1710 controller is responsible for supplying the intelligence and support elements that deliver variable data print at high-speeds and in the right location. As with any print system that operates with UV curable inks, Aurora requires a curing lamp that emits the appropriate amount of light dosage at the right wavelength to “dry” the resulting print.
